Hey, I’m Cindy!
I'm a Seattle-based product designer, having previously shaped the Edge browser for enterprise at Microsoft where I designed for millions of people. Before that, I was a designer at Franklin, where I launched tools that helped Web3 companies pay teams in both USD and cryptocurrencies.
I began my career in interior architecture, from working in healthcare to designing workspaces at MillerKnoll. While I loved crafting physical experiences, I wanted to solve problems beyond walls and ceilings.
At the core, I care deeply about building things that make people's lives easier, more delightful, and connected. I thrive in collaborative, low-ego teams where curiosity and great ideas lead the way.
Don’t just take my word for it. Want more? the hype continues on LinkedIn.

“Cindy worked on my team for several years as a UX designer. In that time I found her to be smart, creative, engaged, energetic and a great team player. I also appreciated that she brought an interesting perspective from her former career in a totally different branch of design (workplace interiors). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cindy for another position.”

“Can you personalize a product for 600 million users, using only an icon button? Cindy's end-to-end delivery of the Smart Switch for Microsoft Edge Business elevates the product experience with elegance, precision and empathy. Leveraging micro interactions for macro impact is an art form that engages with code, business and brand, simultaneously.”

Working with Cindy has been an absolute pleasure. She stands out not only for her quick learning and growth mindset but also for her dedication to honing her craft. She’s deeply thoughtful in her design process and always strives for excellence in the details, no matter the scope of the project.
One of the things I truly admire about Cindy is her ability to think in options—she never settles for the first idea. She consistently brings multiple, well-considered alternatives to the table, showing both creativity and strategic thinking. Her solutions are always grounded in user needs and business context, which speaks to her maturity as a designer.
